Welcome to your monthly Visito update, where we share the latest product features, resources, and tips to help you make the most of our platform.
👤 Add and manage users in Visito
You can now easily add users to your Visito account. Just go to the Team tab in Settings and add a new user. You can also remove users later. Forgot passwords? You can use the Reset Password function.

🧠 AI Preview & Database
The AI database, now easily accessible from your dashboard, serves as your AI’s brain. Keeping it up to date is key to ensuring your customers receive accurate and relevant responses.
On the right-hand side, you'll find the AI Preview, where you can simulate customer interactions, test responses based on your data, and set up conversations as needed to optimize your AI’s performance.
