Starting today, you can connect Visito to any tool or system that has an API. This allows you to create Visito agents that interact directly with your internal systems of record, like a database, CRM, or a booking system.
Say you book demos using Cal.com. You can connect Cal.com to Visito and when a lead on WhatsApp asks for a call, your agent checks your calendar availability and shares times in WhatsApp. You can take it one step further and allow the user to also book a time directly from WhatsApp. A fitness studio can check a member’s plan on Instagram before answering a question about classes. And if your team works out of a CRM, your agent can send WhatsApp marketing campaigns to leads.

To get started, go to your Visito dashboard and use Connect a system. You can then explain what the agent should do once connected to the system. You can also set the details you want to collect in a conversation, like a date or order number, and your agent guides the customers throughout the conversation.
