- How much does Leadsales cost?
- Leadsales publishes three plans in Mexican pesos and US dollars. On monthly billing, Básico is MX$2,362.92 (US$97) with 3 users, Profesional MX$3,239.88 (US$133) with 4, and Avanzado MX$6,016.92 (US$247) with 5. Paying every 3, 6 or 12 months saves 10%, 15% or 20%, so Profesional billed yearly is MX$2,591.90 (US$106.40) a month. Extra users are charged on top, and each account connects one WhatsApp number. If you are weighing more than two tools, our roundup of Leadsales alternatives compares six of them.
- Does Leadsales include an AI agent?
- Lead Agent is an add-on on Profesional and Avanzado. The first month is free, then you pay by conversations a month: US$87 (MX$2,119.32) for up to 500, US$297 for up to 2,000 and US$793 for up to 6,000. It replies, scores leads from 0 to 100, moves them through your funnel and hands off to your team. Leadsales says it answers WhatsApp conversations today, and Básico does not include it. Visito’s AI agent is on every plan: the free one covers web chat, and paid plans add WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
- Does Leadsales use the official WhatsApp API?
- On Profesional and Avanzado, yes, and Leadsales is a Meta Business Partner and WhatsApp Solution Partner. Básico connects with the same QR code as WhatsApp Web and uses one of your linked devices. Visito connects through Meta’s official API from Starter, and both offer coexistence, so an eligible number can stay in the WhatsApp Business app. Leadsales charges no API activation fee, and Profesional and Avanzado include US$10 or US$20 of message credit a month, which carries over.
- Does Visito have a CRM like Leadsales?
- Yes, an AI CRM, and the main difference is who does the work. In Visito you define what counts as a lead, set your stages and choose the details to capture, then the agent fills in the board from your conversations and schedules follow-ups. Leadsales gives a sales team more tools for running the day by hand: automatic assignment, actions that fire when a lead changes stage, shared tags, a follow-up calendar and close-rate reports. You can also choose which stages Lead Agent handles and which your team handles.
- Who is Visito not built for?
- Visito is not the best fit if your reps want to work every lead by hand, if bulk campaigns from a built-in screen are your main job, or if TikTok is a main channel. It also has no email inbox, voice, phone or SMS. If that sounds like your team, start with a tool built for that work.
- Can ChatGPT or Claude work in Visito or Leadsales?
- The Visito MCP server lets ChatGPT, Claude and Codex read your Visito data and, with read and write permission, take actions such as updating your knowledge base. It is included on Starter and Pro, along with the Visito API. Leadsales doesn’t have a public API or an MCP server. You can also connect any tool with a public API to your Visito agent yourself.
- Can I keep my WhatsApp number if I switch from Leadsales?
- Usually yes. On Básico, remove Leadsales from your linked devices. On Profesional or Avanzado, disconnect the number from Leadsales’ WhatsApp API connection. Then connect it to Visito. Before you switch, check who owns the Meta business account. Leadsales says your number is yours and that it keeps your leads, chats and settings for 90 days after you cancel, so save what you need in that time.
- Can I try Visito without leaving Leadsales?
- Yes. Start on the free plan with website chat, add your business information and send the agent the questions your customers ask. Move your WhatsApp number over only when you like the answers.
