Introducing the Visito MCP: connect to ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex

You can now connect Visito to ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex using the Visito MCP.

This means your favorite AI assistant can work with your Visito data and take actions on your behalf. You describe what you need, and it works directly with Visito.

Your customer conversations contain a lot of useful information. But most of those insights are buried in your inbox.

Now you can ask questions like:

  • “Top 5 most common customer questions last month?”
  • “What objections keep coming up from people considering buying?”
  • “What do customers keep asking that our agent struggles to answer?”
  • “Based on last week’s conversations, what should we improve?”

For example, you might find that customers keep asking about your return policy, even though it’s already on your website. That gives you something concrete to work on and make the policy easier to find.

And you can take this a step further by having your assistant do the work in Visito. You can try asking:

  • “Add our new arrival policy to the Visito knowledge base”
  • “Update our FAQ based on most common objections last month”
  • “Send a WhatsApp campaign for our upcoming promotion to recent leads”
  • “Follow-up again with everyone that came through Instagram ads”
  • “Create a custom tool and connect to our booking system”

You could start by looking at common objections, use those findings to write a better FAQ, and then prepare WhatsApp messages that address those questions. All directly from ChatGPT or Claude.

You can also turn your Visito data into reports and work with a coding assistant to build dashboards. If you haven’t come across MCP before, it stands for Model Context Protocol. It’s the standard that lets AI assistants connect to tools like Visito. You don’t need to write code to get started.

When you connect, you sign in to Visito, choose your business, and select the permissions (read-only or read and write). I’m excited to see what you build.

Here’s the connection guide to get started.
