This intelligent system understands conversation context and sends personalized follow-ups to recover lost booking opportunities. Auto follow-up is now available to all Visito users across all property types.

Context-aware messaging: analyzes conversation history to understand guest intent and sends relevant follow-ups. When someone asks about December availability and goes quiet, the follow-up focuses on those specific dates rather than generic hotel information.

Conversation-specific responses: matches follow-up content to the original discussion topic. Amenity questions get amenity-focused follow-ups. Rate requests get rate-focused follow-ups.

Automatic activation: works immediately across all conversation channels where Visito operates, requiring no manual setup or ongoing management from hotel staff.

Customizable messaging: properties can toggle on or off Auto Follow-up at any point from the dashboard.

How it works

Auto Follow-up monitors every guest conversation for natural stopping points. When a potential booking discussion goes quiet, the system evaluates whether a conversation requires a nudge, or it's best to keep the conversation as is.

If the conversation would benefit from a nudge, Visito determines the best message to send based on the context of the previous messages and the main objective of the conversation.

Hotels can view all auto follow-up activity in their Visito dashboard, tracking which conversations were re-engaged and which follow-ups led to completed bookings.
